David Santangeli

David serves as the CEO of Morrison Park Advisors, one of Canada’s leading independent banking firms. Having begun his finance career in the early 1980’s, he has had the good fortune to be responsible for more than $20 billion of financing transactions, ranging from complex structured finance transactions to to derivative trades, to debt and equity IPO’s, and practically every transaction type in between. He has also had the opportunity to play a relatively senior management role at a major Canadian bank, to execute complex cross border financings for a non-bank lender, and to start an investment banking advisory firm from scratch.
