Unleashing Innovation: Applying Design Thinking to Supercharge your Ideas

Join us for a dynamic and engaging two-hour workshop, “Unleashing Innovation: Applying Design Thinking to Supercharge Your Ideas.”

In the first hour, we’ll explore the value of innovation and creative problem-solving in navigating today’s complex and rapidly changing environment. Participants will be introduced to key concepts that support an innovator’s mindset, including foundational principles of Design Thinking and its relevance to addressing real-world challenges.

The second hour will feature an interactive session where participants will apply these ideas through a guided, hands-on activity. Using a simplified sprint-style format inspired by leading innovators, participants will collaborate in pairs to explore practical applications of the Design Thinking process.

About the speaker

Terri Mosher is a design thinking consultant, facilitator, and speaker with a passion for making problem-solving more accessible and impactful. She works with corporate teams, government organizations, and educators to navigate complex challenges using human-centered design approaches. With a background in systemic design and public sector innovation, she specializes in equipping non-designers with practical, repeatable tools to drive meaningful change.

Terri has designed and led innovation labs, design sprints, and training programs that help organizations break silos, spark creativity, and build solutions that stick – proving that you don’t need a design degree to think like a designer.
