As part of Dal Innovation Week 2025, Dalhousie students, faculty, and staff are invited to explore the cutting-edge research happening at the Aquatron Laboratory—Canada’s largest university aquatic research facility.
Join us for an exclusive tour highlighting the Aquatron’s world-class infrastructure, including large and small tank systems, state-of-the-art wet labs, and specialized aquatic research equipment. Learn about groundbreaking projects in conservation and aquatic science, and see firsthand how the Aquatron supports innovation across disciplines.

Please note that the Aquatron is a scent-free, indoor research facility and there will be some ambient noise, fluorescent and LED lighting, stairs (elevator access available), and potential chemical sensitivity triggers.
