Career-wise, Toni is a squiggle artist. Having started her career in Corporate Communications at Ogilvy Public Relations in their Beijing office, she subsequently moved into the supply chain and logistics sector back home in Oregon (USA) before obtaining her MBA at the University of Oxford Said Business School in the UK. After four years in operations transaction strategy consulting, she moved out of corporate into a role with a logistics tech scaleup. Toni is currently freelancing as Product Lead for two startups, a software-as-a-medical-device company and a co-parenting super app; and serves as COO at a green energy startup. She has also supported and advised other startups across various industries, ranging from social impact to sustainable e-commerce to generative AI.
