With more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, product development, and technical leadership, Steve has spent much of his career bridging the gap between technical teams and business needs. He is especially skilled at turning complex ideas into practical solutions, helping teams prioritize what matters most, and ensuring that technology is built around real customer problems. Having developed Mettara’s original infrastructure, Steve brings founders valuable insight into AI product development, technical strategy, and the realities of building scalable technology from the ground up.
