Roddy is the CEO of Lavvi, a company that provides insurance distribution technology and expertise for forward-thinking life insurance carriers. He has over 18 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and customer relationship management, and holds several certifications in these fields. He is also a technology entrepreneur who co-founded and led TKS, a customer experience focused insurance technology company that became a subsidiary of Assumption Mutual Life in 2017.
Roddy is passionate about insurance technology, business strategy, and the growth of his customers. He is active in his community, supports and invests in local start-ups, mentors others, and believes in a philosophy of lifelong learning. He has served as the chair of TechImpact, a private association of businesses focused on the development of information technology within Atlantic Canada, and Venn, New Brunswick’s innovation hub. He also sat on the board of the CHUDumont Hospital Foundation in Moncton and co-creates Maple Summit, an event for founders who love powder-filled back-country skiing and snowboarding.
