Patrick is a capital markets expert with experience in structuring deals and executing cross-border transactions. He worked in investment banking, where he participated in various large-scale financing deals. He founded Principle Capital in 2016 and co-managed various funds of Principle Capital including the Zhaojin Principle Gold Industry Mining Fund LP, and served as the Chairman of Gold Miner Split Corp. Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto and MBA from Ivey Business School, with the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
