Paige Halam-Andres

Paige Halam-Andres is an accomplished professional in innovation and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Innovation & Strategy at Sun Life since September 2024. Previously, Paige was the Managing Director of Innovation at Highline Beta from October 2018 to October 2024, co-leading an innovation consulting practice within a Canadian Venture Capital firm. Prior roles include Vice President of Venture Strategy and Senior Director of New Ventures & User Research at TIL Ventures, and Director at Hotspex, where Paige focused on qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand strategies. Paige’s education includes an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
