Alongside Small & Local, Melanie works as a Technical Program Manager with TEKsystems for Meta AI, bringing direct experience in AI program delivery and emerging technology. She previously co-founded Vlife, a social enterprise platform also built around local discovery and community connection. Melanie brings with her a practical perspective on building technology around real customer needs, managing complex product work, and creating tools that generate value for both businesses and the communities they serve.
