DESCRIPTION:Join MindFrame Connect and Tribe Network for a 90 minute\, hybrid session to discuss the foundations for building an inclusive mentorship relationship with Coach Carey\, followed by a brief question and answer period. \nThe Foundations for Inclusive Mentorship: Hybrid Workshop \nIn this session join us in person or online and explore the foundations for building an inclusive mentorship relationship. The session will be facilitated by Coach Raia Carey who advises major corporations on their approach to Equity\, Diversity\, and Inclusion. Raia will discuss the key principles of building an inclusive mentor/mentee relationship and the current state of the Canadian ecosystem as it relates to EDI (and recommendations for improving it!). The goal is to ignite purposeful and necessary discussion. Food and refreshments will be offered for those joining in person. \nREGISTER NOW
